Bartaco Kicks Off Cinco De Mayo With 'Insiders Only' Spicy Surprise
When VIPs order, they order off-the-menu. Just whisper "Coconut Shrimp Taco featuring Yellowbird Sriracha" to the server and you can too.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Bartaco is celebrating Cinco de Mayo by collaborating with hot sauce company Yellowbird Foods to offer the limited-edition "Coconut Shrimp Taco featuring Yellowbird Sriracha," but you won't find the secret dish on the menu.
With Cinco de Mayo signaling the unofficial start of summer, the restaurant is offering its newest "bartaco secret taco." The top secret off-the-menu item changes every four to six weeks and will be available to social media savvy diners who look for the hashtag #bartacosecret.
The chefs behind the scenes at bartaco say the limited-edition taco will feature seared lemongrass-coconut marinated shrimp atop a crisp green papaya salad, finished with a drizzle of spicy, garlicky and sweet Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha "for a perfectly balanced bite that pairs incredibly with bartaco's fan-favorite margaritas."

Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha is Yellowbird's Texas twist on Sriracha, made with organic blue agave nectar, red jalapeños and garlic. The bartaco/Yellowbird collaboration was "inspired by both brands' dedication to serving up fresh and great quality bold flavors, while thrilling guests with a little bit of heat."
The limited-edition #bartacosecret taco with Yellowbird will be available for dine-in, takeout, delivery and in bartaco's taco packs from Cinco de Mayo until June 14. Each taco will cost $3.95 and don't forget to tip your server.
