Famed NYC Restaurant Felice Opens In Former Saltaire Space
The "refined yet approachable" Tuscan-inspired restaurant with locations in NYC, Long Island, & South Florida, is now open in Port Chester.

PORT CHESTER, NY — One of Manhattan's most familiar dining destinations is opening its first-ever outpost in Westchester County.
Felice, the NYC-based Italian restaurant known for its rustic Tuscan-inspired cuisine and curated wine program, has opened a new Westchester location, its first north of the city.
The owners say that Felice Port Chester, located at 55 Abendroth Ave., the former home of Saltaire, will stay true to the restaurant group's "warm, convivial spirit and dedication to authentic Italian hospitality."

Felice first opened on Manhattan's Upper East Side in 2007, and soon added locations across Manhattan, as well as in Brooklyn, Long Island, West Palm Beach and Miami.

"We’ve been eager to bring Felice to Westchester, and Port Chester is the ideal place for our next chapter," founder Jacopo Giustiniani said. "This community values great food, wine, and hospitality, and we're excited to share the Felice experience in such a vibrant neighborhood."

Felice Port Chester's menu highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, combined with imported Italian specialties that honor culinary traditions. With Culinary Director Iacopo Falai at the helm, Felice's signature classics such as Branzino al Cartoccio, will be joined by new offerings like Pizzette Formaggi & Funghi and Pappardelle Salsiccia.

The restaurant's beverage selections will feature hand-selected Tuscan wines, small-production organic and biodynamic labels, and a crafted cocktail menu.
Located in a 7,600-square-foot former grain warehouse built in 1903, Felice Port Chester manages to successfully blend history with modern Italian elegance. The design preserves original elements like exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, and industrial beams, while adding hand-painted European limewash, oiled woods, and warm, earthy tones similar to those of Tuscany's rolling landscapes.
"This fusion of old and new creates a setting that is both inviting and refined, embodying the Felice ethos of sophisticated comfort," the owners said.
Felice Port Chester will be open seven days a week. Find out more, including information on operating hours and reservations, here.
