I-95 Port Chester Off Ramp to Close for Overnight Maintenance

Midland Avenue exit affected; access to I-287 not affected.

The New York State Thruway Authority says motorists on the New England Thruway (I-95) who use the southbound I-95 ramp to Midland Avenue and Port Chester at Exit 21 will be affected by overnight maintenance work Tuesday and Wednesday.

The ramp will be closed, although access to I-287 will not be affected. 

The closure set for 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, to and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, and between 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17 and 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, weather permitting.

Electronic signboards and the Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will update motorists about expected delays and alternate routes, according to the Thruway Authority.
