The Magellan In Port Chester Officially Puts Out The Welcome Mat

PORT CHESTER, NY — The new neighbors are moving in, and by all accounts, they are going to be fabulous.

You don't need to look any further than their recent "house warming" party for proof.

And it was a party when RMA Development and ASF Construction hosted a VIP Grand Opening event for The Magellan, at 108 S Main St. in downtown Port Chester. Developers describe the village's newest development as a "luxurious boutique residential community that redefines modern living in the heart of Port Chester."

Guests at the grand opening event were treated to a tour of the property, showcasing amenities including an expansive rooftop lounge, a bar, a live green roof, activity spaces, "Voyager Workspaces," and an on-site dog park with a dog shower.

The Magellan has 19 floor plans to choose from, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms.

"I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished with the development of The Magellan," RMA Development CEO Ralph E. Rossi said.
