Port Chester police arrested Rysean Simpson, 29, of the Bronx, for allegedly attacking and choking his Port Chester girlfriend in Port Chester on May 26 at 11:30 p.m. The girlfriend, a Port Chester resident, called police to report the attack and gave a description of the man. Police found the suspect a few blocks away and charged him with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, a Class A Misdemeanor.
