Port Chester police arrested a man who they allegedly saw defecating on the sidewalk in front of Willet Avenue at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 29.
When police attempted to arrest the man for disorderly conduct, a violation, he resisted and fought with them, Police Lt. James Ladeairous said. The man was additionally charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Police say the man appeared to be intoxicated. He is a 21-year-old Willet Avenue resident.
