Man Evicted from Port Chester Apartment Charged with Trespassing
Police: Man had been told twice previously to leave Grove Street home.

A Port Chester man evicted from was Grove Street home was charged with trespassing after being repeatedly told held could not be there, according to Port Chester Police.
Leonardo Albalate, 24, had been told the leave his former home at 68 Grove St. at 8 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on Monday, police said. Village officers were called to the home again at 10 p.m. and found Albalate in the home.
Police said a Rye Town Court eviction notice had been lodged against Albalate, leading to his arrest on a charge of criminal trespassing.
