State police arrested a 32-year-old Port Chester resident for Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Southeast on Aug. 26 at 2:43 a.m. Troopers found the man after the were dispatched to an accident on I-84 there.
The man failed field sobriety tests and then provided a positive breath sample of a Blood Alcohol Content of .11.
He was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on September 5, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
