Police: 2 Port Chester Men Agreed to Stab Each Other
Man backs out after first wound creates bloody mess.

Two Port Chester men agreed to stab each other in the leg but the macho game ended after the first wound created a bloody mess, according to Port Chester police.
The incident led to one Port Chester man being taken to Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle for treatment of a leg wound, and another Port Chester man being arrested on charges that he interfered with village police officers.
Lt. James Ladeairous said police officers went to 455 N. Main St. in response to a call about a man with a knife wound to the leg. He said that when officers got to the site at about 3:30 p.m. Saturday, they spotted an apparently intoxicated man with blood on his clothing in front of the building.

That man, Blas Carcamo, 28, of 313 Westchester Ave., Port Chester, was not injured. Police learned, however, that a resident of 455 N. Main St. was inside the building and had been stabbed.
Carcamo, Ladeairous said, would not let police into the building and refused instructions to get out of the way. He was arrested on charges of obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Inside the building, Ladeairous said officers found the wounded man, who told police that he and Carcamo had agree to stab each other in a leg. Ladeairous said that after the one man was stabbed in the thigh, the wound created so much blood that the men did not carry out the second stabbing.
No charges were filed in connection with the stabbing, Ladeairous said.
Additional information about the man who was stabbed was not available.
