Police: Beer Stolen from Port Chester Supermarket
Long Island man, 20, charged with theft, marijuana possession.

A 20-year-old Long Island man has been hit with drug and theft charges after an incident at a Port Chester supermarket, according to Port Chester Police.
Police said Dane Rothenberg of Long Island was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on Friday after workers at the Stop and Shop store, 15 Waterfront Place, complained to police that Rothenberg had stolen a quantity of beer from the store.
As Rothenberg was being charged with petty larceny, poilce said they found he had a small amount of marijuana. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Rothenberg faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
