A Port Chester police officer arrested a 40-year-old Willow Street man urinating on the street at 1:35 a.m. Aug. 24 for disorderly conduct, a violation, and then allegedly found two bags of cocaine on him. The man was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree, a misdemeanor.
