Police: PC Man Arrested for Spitting on Cars, Demanding Money from Drivers
The man was blocking cars from driving down the road only one block away from the Port Chester Police station.

A 35-year-old Port Chester man was arrested after he allegedly stopped vehicles on North Main Street near Rectory Street, just one block away from the police station, and demanded money from the drivers, saying he would not move out of the way without payment. He also spat on the vehicles he stopped. Port Chester police arrested him for Disorderly Conduct, a violation, at 4:30 p.m. on May 27.
