Police: Port Chester Man Accused of Threatening 2 Men with Gun
Victims say resident threatened to kill them; gun not recovered by police.

A Port Chester man was charged with menacing after two men complained they were threatened at gunpoint, according to Port Chester Police.
Leonardo Albalate, 24, of 68 Grove St. was arrested after an investigation of a 1:59 a.m. incident on Jan. 8 at the building where he lives. Police said a resident of the building and a guest charged that Albalate approached them, pointed a gun at their heads and threatened he would kill them.
The men were not injured and no shots were fired.

During the investigation police said they could not find the gun that was used in the incident. A small amount of marijuana, however, was found during the investigation.
In addition to second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, Albalate is charged with marijuana possession, a violation. He faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
