Port Chester Man Wanted on Drug Charges Arrested After Foot Chase

Port Chester police officer spotted wanted man downtown.

A Port Chester man wanted in connection with a drug investigation that has already led to more than a dozen arrests was spotted in downtown Port Chester and arrested after he led a village officer on a foot chase, according to Port Chester Police.

Todd Fraiser, 43, who has been a resident of Townsend Street, was spotted and recognized by a village officer at about 12:11 p.m. on Tuesday. Fraiser, police said, was wanted on charges stemming from in which Port Chester Police and Westchester County Police joined forces to investigate illegal drug sales on the streets of Port Chester.

When the village officer approached, police said, Fraiser ran off. The village officer chased Fraiser along Traverse Avenue and followed him — and caught him — even after jumping over a fence in an effort to escape.
