Back to School Barbecue, Concert at Harborfront Park for Thursday

Good morning Port Jefferson. Here is what's happening in town today.

-Our streak of good weather will take a little break today. Scattered thunderstorms are expected with a forty-percent chance of rain according to the National Weather Service.

-A back to school barbecue for the Port Jefferson sixth-grade class is being held tonight from 5 until 7. 

-The Harborside Summer Concert Series will feature Beatles tribute band, the Beatles Magical Orchestra, tonight at Harborfront Park beginning at 8. Don't forget to bring a chair.
