Here are the top stories today in Port Jefferson:

1. The owners of a French bulldog that was stolen from a Huntington house in a Thanksgiving Day burglary are offering a $5,000 reward for the purebred's return. Sometime between 4- 11 p.m. on Thursday, one or more burglars entered the home, on Robin Lane, and took the dog and a Sony PlayStation 5 video game console, the department wrote in a news release. The French bulldog, Stella, is four years old and approximately 20 pounds, the release said. (Newsday)
2. A five-bedroom, 3½-bathroom modern Victorian with a wraparound porch on almost half an acre in Mount Sinai is on the market for $749,999, reduced from its original listing price of $779,000. Built in 1994, the 3,000-square-foot home has a large entrance foyer, formal dining room and pocket doors in the living room, dining room and den. There's another den/billiard room on the second floor. Almost every room on the first floor has a door to the porch. (Newsday)
3. The Village of Port Jefferson in conjunction with the The Greater Port Jefferson-Northern Brookhaven Arts Council present the 25th Annual Charles Dickens Festival on Friday, Dec. 3. 4. Port Jefferson Library is Displaying Paintings by Joseph Rotella at the meeting room. Working with acrylics and sometimes with oil paints, Rotella’s artwork represents his interpretation of Long Island landscapes and seascapes.
