Police are asking for the public's help to find the man who broke into a Long Island bagel shop last month and stole the donation jar.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who they say broke into a Long Island bagel shop last month.
According to Suffolk Police, the man pictured above broke a glass door and entered Bagel Deli Gourmet located at 650 Patchogue Road in Port Jefferson Station on Aug. 27 at about 2:50 a.m. He stole a jar containing donations benefiting a cancer charity, police say.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
