He is a retired Suffolk County Police Officer as well as a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is the beloved husband of the late Carolyn. Loving father of Laurie Thompson, Anthony Crowley, Keith and Kimberly Perkins. Cherished grandfather of Austin Thompson. Reposing at the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Hwy (Rt. 347), Port Jefferson Station, L.I. Visitation Wednesday & Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday 10 am. at Infant Jesus R.C. Church, Port Jefferson, N.Y. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
