Edna Louise Spear Elementary School fourth grade student-musicians Ruby Minatta and Madison Villagracia participated in the annual Suffolk County Music Educators’ Association PEAK (Parents, Educators and Kids) Festival.

The event, held at Northport High School on Oct. 22, is a unique celebration of elementary classroom music where students from across Suffolk County perform alongside their parents and music teachers. Elementary music teacher Ms. Laurel Zimlinghaus joined the musical duo and their parents at the event with workshops, musical activities, games and improvisation as highlights.
