Pedestrian Seriously Injured In Port Jefferson Station Crash: PD
He was hit by a car on Monday night, police say.
PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY — A pedestrian was seriously injured in a crash in Port Jefferson Station on Monday night, Suffolk police said.
A man was driving a 2015 Mitsubishi sedan southbound on Route 112, north of Wilson Street, when he hit a man in the road at 8 p.m., police said.
The pedestrian is being treated for serious injuries at Stony Brook University Hospital. Police withheld his name pending notification of next of kin.
