1. Port Jefferson School District's Art Department students had their artwork displayed at One River School for Art and Design in Port Jefferson Station. An opening reception was held on Jan. 7, where the community came out to prestige our local artists. (Port Jefferson Patch)
2. If you want a free health screening or have a free flu vaccination, the Mobile Health Bus will be in the parking lot of Port Jefferson St. Charles Hospital on Jan. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. No insurance is necessary. All are welcome. (Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce)
