  1. The Backstage Studio of Dance is now open in Port Jefferson Station. The new business had its grand opening on Aug. 12 and offered face painting, free classes, and other activities to the community. The studio is located at 200 Wilson St., Port Jefferson Station. (Backstage Studio)
  2. The next session of the Port Jefferson Sunset Concerts is set for Wednesday, Aug. 17. The music starts playing at 6:30 p.m. at Harborfront Park with the Ray Lambiase band on the stage! (Port Jefferson Village Center)
