  1. Port Jefferson Explorium Museum presents “Living Spaces of Life on Earth.” Kids will explore the significant spaces of Earth — forest, desert, tundra, aquatic, and grassland in this interactive and hands-on exhibition. Tickets are $5 per person. (Explorium)
  2. WinterTide Series will feature singer Jonathan Preddice at the Port Jefferson Village Center. There are no tickets required, but a donation of $5 will be much appreciated. (Port Jefferson Village Center)
  3. Long Island's major roads will be repaved this spring and summer. An investment of $157 million is approved, and Gov. Kathy Hochul confirmed the repave plan on Tuesday. Major work on Long Island Expressway is expected to start this week. (Pix11)
  4. The Port Jefferson School District hosted a Superintendent’s Conference Day before the spring break and inaugurated the PJ EdCamp. The School Staff had the opportunity to discuss topics of interest and participated in the inauguration of the PJ EdCamp. (PJSD)
  5. Nearby News: Two males broke into a home in Mastic Beach and sexually assaulted a resident before fleeing from the scene. The crime happened on Tuesday afternoon; police are asking for the public's help to identify and arrest the two individuals. The woman, whose identification hadn't been released, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. (Patch)
