- Long Island MacArthur Airport announced masks are no longer mandatory in the airport and on airplanes. Airlines also lifted the mandate. However, New York City's airports and MTA still require masks, but travelers can take the cover off inside planes. (Newsday/Subscription Required)

- Po'Boy bar in Port Jefferson Station was voted as one of the best bars on Long Island! According to the Bethpage Best of Long Island, that's the second time in a row the bar wins as the best.
