  1. Theatre Three is ready to serve the community again with a food drive on July 31. All items are donated by residents who are making a difference in our community helping those in need. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the Infant Jesus Church food pantry, 110 Hawkins St. in Port Jefferson Village. (TBR News Media)
  2. Bartender hero saved a customer who was choking while enjoying her meal on Wednesday. The incident happened at Cafe Spiga in Mount Sinai. Gia Gesmondi was having dinner when she choked and caught the attention of bartender Glenn Niedzwieski who performed the Heimlich. (LI News12)
