  1. The Port Jefferson's ice festival kicks off on Jan. 28-29! The Business Improvement District hosts the event. Sculptures will be displayed in front of businesses in the Village. Attractions like live music, carriage rides, corn hole and other games will be a plus. (Port Jefferson Patch)
  2. A woman from Queens was arrested in Mount Sinai during a massage parlor raid. She was charged with unlawful practice of a profession on Tuesday afternoon. The New Blue Sea Relaxing Spa, at Route 25A was investigated after the resident's complaints. (Port Jefferson Patch)
