1 Dead, 1 Injured When Wall Collapses At Home Site In Manorhaven: NCPD
Nassau police were called to the scene Monday morning.
MANORHAVEN, NY — Two workers at a home demolition site in Manorhaven were injured Monday, one fatally, when a concrete wall collapsed on them, Nassau police said.
Police were called at 11:43 a.m. to 56 Kirkwood Road.
One victim, a 20-year-old man, suffered a cardiac arrest while being transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead by hospital staff.

The second, a 56-year-old man, was transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, police said Monday night.
