2nd Annual Pride Walk Comes To Port Washington On June 11
Be The Rainbow's second annual Pride Walk kicks off at Bay Walk Park at 1 p.m. and ends at Sunset Park with a festival.
PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Residents, elected officials, and community leaders are expected to gather in downtown Port Washington on Saturday for the area's second annual Pride Walk.
Sponsored by the nonprofit "Be The Rainbow," Pride Walk celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community and their fight for equality. It kicks off at Bay Walk Park at 1 p.m. and ends at Sunset Park with a festival including a Ripple Creative mini market and a musical performance by Daphne Willis.
