Chabad Preschoolers Build An Igloo That Won't Melt

Hundreds of recycled water bottles were put to good use.

Are you more skilled than these preschoolers? The Pre-K class at the Florence Brownstein Preschool at the Chabad of Port Washington constructed an igloo using 600 recycled water bottles.

The children, along with head and assistant Pre-K teachers Carrie Steir and Barbara Newmark, constructed this igloo. The bottles were collected from the local community.

The igloo building process was meant to encourage learning of math, architecture, design and recycling.
