Community Involvement To Honor Veterans Day In East Hills

EAST HILLS, NY — The Sid Jacobson JCC is hosting a special service project commemorating Veterans Day.
During Monday morning's event, community members of all ages will gather to express gratitude through meaningful activities as they give back to local veterans.
Volunteers will work together to create care packages for veterans filled with essential hygiene care items and heartfelt notes. Individuals and families also participate in activities that foster unity and an appreciation for the sacrifices made by veterans.
