Downed Wire Caused East Hills Road Closure
The road was closed for roughly an hour, police say.
EAST HILLS, NY — Northern Boulevard was closed in both directions in East Hills on Monday because of a downed wire, Nassau police said.
The boulevard was closed between Glen Cove Road and Marion Street in East Hills/Greenvale for about an hour.
The repair is complete and all lanes reopened around 12:30 p.m., police said.
