East Hills House Fire Starts In Garage: Police
The Roslyn Fire Department responded to extinguish the flames on Tuesday evening, police said.

EAST HILLS, NY — Firefighters battled a house fire in East Hills on Tuesday night, police said.
Just before 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a residential home located on Deepwood Road. Upon arrival, officers observed flames coming from the garage.
The Roslyn Fire Department responded to extinguish the flames.

There were no injuries, police said. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and Arson Bomb
Squad also responded to the scene. The fire was deemed accidental, police said.
An investigation is ongoing.
