Flower Hill's Legal Battle With ExteNet Over Cell Nodes Ends: Source
The wireless infrastructure company's lawsuit against the village for not allowing wireless facilities to be built was dismissed this month.

FLOWER HILL, NY — At a recent trustee meeting, the Village of Flower Hill's mayor announced that a lawsuit from wireless infrastructure company ExteNet Systems was dismissed, the Port Washington Times reported.
Randall Rosenbaum considered the outcome of the three-year legal battles a success, saying “The village and its special legal counsel were able to successfully demonstrate to the court that the village board had reasonably considered relevant wireless siting factors including any alleged coverage needs and relevant aesthetic and siting considerations based on a comprehensive record [and] that there was substantial evidence for the board’s denial.”
The company wanted to install 18 cell nodes, small wireless facilities, in the village and sued in 2019 when the village denied its application.
