Hurricane Maria Relief Collection In Port Washington
Items can be dropped off at Port Washington Fire Department Headquarters.

The Port Washington Fire Department is accepting donations to aid the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.
Items can be dropped off at fire headquarters, located at 423 Port Washington Boulevard, on Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donations will be accepted until Saturday, Oct. 14.
No clothing will be accepted.

Items needed include:
- Cleaning supplies
- Personal hygiene products
- First aid supplies
- Non-perishable foods (water and canned items)
- Baby products (diapers, wipes, formula)
- Bottled water
- Flashlights, batteries, blankets
- Dog and cat food
- Tooth paste/brushes
- Bug spray
- Tents
- Tarps
- Hammers/shovels
- Garbage bags
- Tylenol/Advil
- Ropes
- Extension chords
- Soap/shampoo
