LGBTQ Pride Talks Held At Port Washington Public Library In June

June is LGBTQ Pride Month. And this year, the Port Washington Public Library is celebrating with a host of programs and events.​​

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — June 1 marks the beginning of LGBTQ Pride Month. And this year, the Port Washington Public Library is celebrating with a host of programs and events.

These discussions will cover everything from LGBTQ representation in popular culture to the fight for justice and inclusion during the Stonewall Riots of 1969. Some events will be held over Zoom. More information can be found on the library system's website.
