Man Accused Of Burglary Spree In Manhasset, Roslyn Heights Area
The man committed three commercial burglaries last month, police say.

A Great Neck man is accused of committing a string of commercial burglaries in the Manhasset and Roslyn Heights area last month.
According to authorities, 36-year-old David Mintz was found to be responsible for the following burglaries:
- Sept. 3— Studio Hair Styling, located at 15 Bayview Ave. in Manhasset. Someone entered through a rear window at 5:11 a.m. No proceeds were taken.
- Sept. 3— Forbici Hair Salon, located at 397 Plandome Road in Manhasset. Someone entered through a bathroom window at 11:30 p.m. and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and a Chase Visa credit card from the register.
- Sept. 20— Joy Acupuncture, located at 59 Mineola Ave. in Roslyn Heights. Someone entered through a rear door. No proceeds were taken.
Mintz was located in Hempstead on Wednesday and placed under arrest following an investigation. He was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary. He will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Thursday.
