Man Trapped In Jeep After Nassau Crash
The Jeep driver struck a parked car, causing the Jeep to flip over and trap the man inside, police say.
ROSLYN, NY — A man was trapped in his Jeep after a collision in Roslyn on Wednesday morning, Nassau police said.
A man driving a Jeep Cherokee struck a parked car while heading north on Main Street near Papermill Road around 7 a.m., police said. The Jeep flipped over into the southbound lane of Main Street, trapping its driver inside, police said.
The man was freed by the Nassau County Emergency Services Unit and the Roslyn Fire Department. Officials used the jaws of life to free him.

The man suffered minor injuries and was brought to a local hospital. No one else was inside either vehicle during the crash, police said.
Detectives ruled no criminality.
