Nassau Police Charge 10 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• July 19: Joseph G. Hauptman, 36, of Syosset, charged with DWAI drugs on Lewis Lane in Syosset.
• July 19: Ahad Wardak, 29, of Fresh Meadows, charged on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset.
• July 20: David P. Ramirez, 43, of Valley Stream, charged on Sunrise Highway in Valley Stream.
• July 21: Maritza A. Nunez, 52, of Ozone Park, charged on 244th Street in Bellerose Terrace.
• July 21: Jorge F. Chavez-Polack, 31, of Central Islip, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
• July 21: Denia Milevoj, 42, of Douglaston, charged on N. Service Road W. in North Hills.
• July 22: James M. Miotto, Jr., 21, of Glen Cove, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
• July 22: Quacey J. Gomez, 32, of Uniondale, charged on Park Boulevard and Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
• July 24: Andrew L. Scott, 43, of Jamaica, charged on Cunningham Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale.
• July 25: Suraj M. Persaud, 44, of Jamaica, charged on Roslyn Road and Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights.
