- July 1: Nesly M. Saintil, 24, of East Meadow, charged on Elmont Drive and Dutch Broadway in Elmont.
- July 1: Gordon L. Thompson, 74, of Oceanside, charged on Elliot Boulevard in Oceanside.
- July 1: Magdalena Adamiak, 42, of Lynbrook, charged on Lakewood Avenue and Nassau Road in Roosevelt.
- July 2: Wesley Harkless, 36, of Roosevelt, charged on McDonald Place and Village Avenue in Baldwin.
- July 2: Anthony L. Santiago, 44, of Jamesburg, charged on I-495 Exit 34 in North Hills.
- July 3: Gilbert J. Flores, 28, of Manhasset, charged on Thompson Shore Road in Manhasset.
- July 4: Dahiana Ortiz-Cruz, 33, of Mineola, charged on Westbury Avenue in Carle Place.
- July 5: Venel Jacques, 20, of Brooklyn, charged on Austin Boulevard in North Long Beach.
- No Date Listed: Teddy W. Martinez, 42, of Deer Park, charged on eastbound I-495 Exit 34 in North Hills.
