Nassau Police Charge 11 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• July 26: William C. Miller, 54, of Glen Cove, charged on N. Broadway and Cedar Swamp Road in Jericho.
• July 27: Robert M. Kogel, 67, of Great Neck, charged on Northern Boulevard in Munsey Park.
• July 28: Keith P. Backer, 38, of Baldwin, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
• July 28: Hak Kwon Noh, 46, of Plainview, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
• July 28: Shannon Henry, 30, of Seaford, charged in the Southgate Shopping Center on Merrick Road in Massapequa Park.
• July 29: Michael P. Crichton, 40, of Deer Park, charged on Jericho Turnpike and Woodland Gate in Syosset.
• July 29: Duina T. Arrecis, 48, of Roosevelt, charged on Post Avenue in Westbury.
• July 29: Diana LeBlanc, 34, of Ogdensburg, charged on Southern State Parkway Exit 15 in Valley Stream.
• July 30: Ubaldino Efrain Perez Espino, 30, of Freeport, charged on Parkway Drive and Willets Road in Albertson.
• July 30: John C. Dolan, 23, of Glenwood Landing, charged on Merritts Road in Farmingdale.
• July 31: Timothy J. Hearty, 50, of East Meadow, charged on N. Jerusalem Road and Sherman Avenue in North Bellmore.
