Nassau Police Charge 12 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• July 21: Annemarie Zabielski, 48, of Glen Head, charged on Dubois Avenue in Sea Cliff.
• July 21: Flor O. Sagastizado De Guevara, 34, of Hempstead, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Evans Avenue in Elmont.
• July 21: Mukesh Persaud, 39, of Elmont, charged on 115th Terrace in Elmont.
• July 21: Jason E. Starr, 33, of Brooklyn, charged on Nassau Expressway and Bayview Avenue in Inwood.
• July 22: Shomari Jackson, 19, of Valley Stream, charged on Lawson Boulevard in Oceanside.
• July 22: Fareed Mohammed, 30, of Brooklyn, charged on New Hyde Park Road and Hillside Avenue in New Hyde Park.
• July 22: Daniel R. Israel, 34, of Manorhaven, charged on Grand Boulevard and Old Country Road in Westbury.
• July 22: Kenneth Fitzpatrick, 30, of Inwood, charged on Rockaway Turnpike and Nassau Expressway in North Lawrence.
• July 23: Karthik Bakthavatsalu, 46, of Old Westbury, charged on Railroad Avenue in Roslyn.
• July 23: Winshel Oriol, 24, of Westbury, charged on N Nicholas Street in Hicksville.
• July 23: James A. Tyson, 32, of West Babylon, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale.
