- Oct. 13: Donald J. Tesoriero, 54, of Huntington, charged on Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn.
- Oct. 13: Kristen N. Locascio, 25, of Seaford, charged on Old Westbury Road and Glen Cove Road in East Hills.
- Oct. 14: Tywaun M. Sanford, 30, of Hempstead, charged on Stewart Avenue in East Garden City.
- Oct. 14: Cesar Mateo, 49, of Woodside, charged on I-495 Exit 40 in Jericho.
- Oct. 14: John P. Cilento, 51, of Oceanside, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
- Oct. 15: Carlos Gomez, 36, of Westbury, charged on School Street in Westbury.
- Oct. 15: Reginald Excellent, 36, of Uniondale, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Merrick Avenue in East Meadow.
- Oct. 18: Geon S. Lee, 48, of Great Neck, charged on Northern Boulevard and Asper Lane in Great Neck.
- Oct. 18: Mellynn E. Reese, 56, of Westbury, charged on Old Country Road and Westbury Drive in Westbury.
- Date Not Listed: Terrence Ronan, 62, of Oceanside, charged on Lincoln Avenue and Atlantic Avenue in Oceanside.
