Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• May 24: Mauricio E. Martinez Perdomo, 28, of Port Washington, charged on Northern Boulevard and E. Gate in Manhasset.
• May 25: Dennis Elmore, 59, of Brooklyn, charged on Glen Cove Road and Northern Boulevard in Greenvale.
• May 26: Jose Rosales, 41, of Hicksville, charged on Maple Avenue and Post Avenue in Westbury.
• May 26: Richard J. Galati, 33, of Westbury, charged on Old Country Road in Westbury.
• May 26: Amilcar Granados, 42, of Hempstead, charged on Jerusalem Avenue in Uniondale.
• May 27: Joaquin O. Cruz, 55, of Westbury, charged on Carman Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
• May 27: Ulises Romero, 39, of Rocky Point, charged on Port Washington Boulevard and Waring Drive in Flower Hill.
• May 28: Joe Abraham, 26, of Floral Park, charged on Marcus Avenue and Union Turnpike in New Hyde Park.
• May 28: Manuel Ortega, 45, of Uniondale, charged on Jerusalem Avenue and Uniondale Avenue in Uniondale.
• May 28: James C. Deluca, 31, of New Rochelle, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
• May 28: Alvyn M. Jimenez-Brito, 41, of New Haven, charged on I-495 Exit 39 in Old Westbury.
