​Nassau Police Charge 15 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Sept. 8: Steven R. Harnett, 23, of Ronkonkoma, charged on Oceanside Road in Oceanside.
• Sept. 8: Chris Brady, 45, of St. James, charged on Old Westbury Road and Glen Cove Road in East Hills.
• Sept. 8: Desmond D. Miller, 43, of New Hyde Park, charged on Roslyn Road and S. Service Road in Roslyn Heights.
• Sept. 8: Shaun Pierre Nosworthy, 27, of Bay Shore, charged on Merrick Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
• Sept. 9: Oscar Ayala, 46, of Jamaica, charged on Cherry Valley Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in West Hempstead.
• Sept. 9: Gyeongog An, 47, of Flushing, charged on Northern Boulevard in Great Neck.
• Sept. 9: Melody Jusino Marciano, 28, of West Babylon, charged on Peninsula Boulevard and Lexington Street in Rockville Centre.
• Sept. 9: Cesar A. Velasquez-Reyes, 37, of Westbury, charged on Post Avenue and Old Country Road in Westbury.
• Sept. 9: Danielle S. Herschitz, 25, of Roslyn Harbor, charged on Plandome Road and Northern Boulevard in Manhasset.
• Sept. 9: Dwayne W. Halliburton, 40, of Hempstead, charged on Grand Avenue and Southern State Parkway in South Hempstead.
