Nassau Police Charge 15 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Nov. 15: Louis Vargas, 37, of East Meadow, charged on Old Country Road and Post Avenue in Westbury.
• Nov. 16: Cory Elbaum, 44, of Port Washington, charged on Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn Heights.
• Nov. 17: James M. Bianco, 72, of Long Beach, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
• Nov. 17: Kenneth Fitzgerald, 70, of Mount Vernon, charged on Merrick Avenue in Old Westbury.
• Nov. 18: Jedine D. Cohen, 29, of Hempstead, charged on Merrick Avenue and Charles Lindbergh Boulevard in East Meadow.
• Nov. 18: David M. Vazquez, 30, of East Meadow, charged on Searingtown Road and S. Service Road in Roslyn Heights.
• Nov. 18: You Blandon, 46, of Oceanside, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
• Nov. 18: Bonerge Martinez, 20, of Roosevelt, charged on Thomas Street in Merrick.
• Nov. 19: Irene Wong, 29, of Bayside, charged on Newbridge Road and Sunrise Highway in Bellmore.
• Nov. 19: Jesus G. Arias, 32, of Williston Park, charged on S. Service Road and Shelter Rock Road in North Hills.
• Nov. 19: Katherine E. Surdi, 27, of West Babylon, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
