Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- April 27: Rueben Calix Aguilar, 30, or Roosevelt, charged on Elm Place and Leonard Avenue in Uniondale.
- April 27: Michael Fragnito, 33, of Hicksville, charged on westbound Southern State Exit 19S in Hempstead.
- May 2: William K. O’Brien, 61, of Lake Grove, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Prospect Avenue in East Meadow.
