Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- July 14: Juan M. Ponce, 34, of North Palm Beach, FL, charged on Northern Boulevard and Glen Cove Road in Greenvale.
- July 14: Yolanda O. Melo, 51, of Roslyn Heights, charged on Warner Avenue and Carlyle Place in Roslyn Heights.
- July 16: Kurt Rockensies, 23, of West Hempstead, charged on Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach.
- July 16: Thomas P. Finlay, 57, of Manhasset, charged on Thompson Shore Road and Buckingham Place in Manhasset.
