Nassau Police Charge 5 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• July 12: Kevin F. Ryan, 40, of Manhasset, charged on Manhasset Woods Road and Bonnie Heights Road in Flower Hill.
• July 13: Yuehhsun Jensen Lee, 52, of Glen Head, charged on Searingtown Road and Northern Boulevard in Roslyn Heights.
• July 13: Ruben Moronta Batista, 39, of Freeport, charged on Merrick Road in Oceanside.
• July 15: Thomas M. Pohalski, 20, of Huntington, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
• July 17: Andrew Meehan, 61, of South Farmingdale, charged on Merritts Road and Motor Avenue in South Farmingdale.
