Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Feb. 9: Frederick K. Deabreu, 50, of Mineola, charged on Northern Boulevard and Shelter Rock Road in Manhasset.
- Feb. 10: Joseph C. Faughnan, 25, of Seaford, charged on Marilyn Drive and Seamans Neck Road in Seaford.
- Feb. 10: Stefon Atiba Cammile Herbert, 34, of Staunton, charged on I-495 Exit 37 in Roslyn.
- Feb. 14: Jonathan I. Palacios, 28, of Allentown, charged on Hempstead Avenue and Fulton Avenue in West Hempstead.
- Feb. 15: Junior Garciacanjura, 24, of Roosevelt, charged on Midland Street and New Jersey Avenue in Uniondale.
- No Date Listed: Bentley Butler, 30, of Rosedale, charged on Branch Boulevard in Cedarhurst.
