Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Aug. 2: Maria V. Garcia, 36, of the Bronx, charged on I-495 Exit 37 in Roslyn Heights.
- Aug. 3: Paul D. Bello, 58, of Merrick, charged on Sunrise Highway and Washington Avenue in Seaford.
- Aug. 4: Lisa Brown, 53, of Baldwin, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Meadowbrook State Parkway in Uniondale.
- Aug. 4: Jennifer Lieber, 38, of Plainview, charged on Plandome Road in Manhasset.
- Aug. 4: Pedro A. Flores-Rodriguez, 29, of Brentwood, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
- Aug. 5: Kenneth Alfarone, 54, of Massapequa, charged on N. Broadway and N. Hickory Street in North Massapequa.
